Exercise Your Back
There are several stretches and light exercises that you can do to help relieve the pain in your back. Lying on your back on the floor while reaching your arms over head can help relieve back pain. Doing some yoga moves may help, as well. It is important to keep moving even when in pain. Do not overdo anything, but do not stay stationary either. If you keep moving you will keep the back muscles working, allowing you to heal quicker.
